Benefits in addition to hourly rate provided: Benefits amounts based on 1200 hours and are approximate.  Pension figures based on over 20 years of maximum funding data.

1. Twelve days paid time off/vacation immediately earned monthly 12 x 7 hours.  $ 2688.00 / 1200 hours $2.24/hour
   • Rising to 18 paid days after the first 12 months
2. Free Unlimited Online Continuing Education -  Spear Education
3. 3% Safe harbor contribution $1116.00 .93/hour
4. Pension Plan 401K plan maxed out team last 20 years.
   • Yearly benefit to employee- over $ 2600.00
5. New for Fiscal 2020 Defined benefit plan- $ 1400.00
6. Total pension benefit per year $ 4000.00
   • hourly benefit 1200 hrs/year $3.33/hour
